These terms are a legal agreement between You and OracleEyes.AI. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our Astrological AI Prediction service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OracleEyes.AI, including its API, Web3 Dashboard, and predictive tools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. User Accounts & API Access

When you create an account or connect your Web3 wallet, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Tokenomics

• $ORC Token: Payments made in $ORC tokens are subjected to smart contract executions. The current conversion values and node execution fees are variable.
• Refunds: All payments, whether in fiat or crypto ($ORC/BNB), for digital neural readings are strictly non-refundable due to the compute cost of the Oracle Engine.
• Tiers: API request limits for "Initiate", "Oracle", and "Deity" tiers are enforced monthly. Exceeding limits will result in rate-limiting or account suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, neural network weights, predictive frameworks, and the compiled visual interface of OracleEyes.AI are the exclusive property of the company. Reverse engineering the Destiny Engine or unauthorized reselling of API endpoints is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

OracleEyes makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of your destiny. Please refer to our full Disclaimer. In no event shall OracleEyes, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
